Individual therapy

Family therapy

Family therapy is a space where everyone gets to be heard.

Whether your family is facing conflict, going through a big
transition, or just feeling distant, therapy offers a chance to slow down and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Taking the first step towards therapy can come with a mix of curiosity, hesitation and even nerves.

These feelings are very normal and many feel the same way. As a way to ease some of these feelings, these are some of the most common questions I receive about therapy and our work together.

Do you take insurance?

I am a fee-for-service provider. I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide a Superbill for you to see out-of-network reimbursement if eligible through your plan.

What can I expect in the first session?

In our first meeting, we’ll take time to get to know each other, talk through what’s been on your mind, and gently explore what you'd like to get out of therapy.

There's no rush and no right way to begin; we’ll move at a rhythm that feels right for you. This is your space, and your journey. I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Therapy is a space built on trust, patience, and respect for your pace. You don’t have to have it all
figured out to begin.

Do you offer virtual therapy?

Yes! I offer secure telehealth sessions for California resident and in-person sessions at my office in Glendora.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that life happens. If a cancellation is required, I ask for a minimum of 24 hr notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment

Do you offer therapy in Spanish?

Absolutely— hablo español y me complace brindar terapia bilingüe. If expressing yourself feels more natural in Spanish, I’m here to meet you there, creating a space that feels both comfortable and authentic.
